South Evangeline Project

Description: This project consisted of an entire first floor getting updated. The wall separating the kitchen and family room was taken down and the kitchen was expanded. The bathrooms, as well as the living room, were all completely redone.
Grosse Pointe Project
Location: Grosse Pointe Farms
Description: Total first floor renovation, including new kitchen, dining & family room. The existing living room was converted into a much-needed master bedroom suite.
Oakman Project

Description: Whole-house remodel including: new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, brand new interior doors & trims, new flooring throughout.
Northville Project
Location: Northville
Description: This project consisted of taking an outdated kitchen and transforming it into a modern, fresh kitchen. Our cabinets are made entirely of plywood, so they are much more durable than what you would normally buy from places like Lowe's & Home Depot. The hardwood flooring was re-finished. Appliances (along with electrical) were moved around to accommodate an oven and cooktop on the island.
Wilson Project
Location: Dearborn Heights
Description: For this job, the entire house was taken down to the drywall. In the kitchen, the soffits were removed, floors re-done, cabinets installed...everything was brand new. We also completely re-did 3 bathrooms, the hardwood floors throughout the house, and updated the bedrooms.
North Evangeline Project
Location: Dearborn Heights
Description: The load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and living room was taken down and replaced with 2 x 12 LVL beams to support the room weight. Floors were re-done. All lighting & electrical was re-done. Cabinets were installed with a HUGE island as the center-piece. The dual-sided fireplaces were completely resurfaced...one side was stoned, while the other side consisted of a custom wood mantel.

Description: This project was a large-scale
addition which doubled the square footage of
the residence. Everything on the interior was
completely updated, including kitchen, three
bathrooms, and a master suite.
Project: HUBBELL HOUSE
Location: Dearborn Heights
Description: Everything in this house was extremely outdated and needed to be upgraded. The kitchen was opened up into the dining room to create an open floor plan. A custom island was built to be the focal point of the kitchen.
Project: MILITARY HOUSE
Location: Dearborn Heights
Description: This job consisted of a facelift of the kitchen, specifically the flooring and cabinets. The original kitchen doorway was relocated to expand the kitchen.
