Those words were personified by Hass and his crew every single day they worked on our basement. Hass is as professional and detail oriented as contractors come. Notes and lists were created from the near daily check ins from Hass. Every single item on those notes and lists got a checkmark next to them. We have never experienced this level of communication from a contractor like we did from Hass. He encouraged us to dream big about the possibilities yet offered his professional opinion regarding the elegant touches of the project when necessary. "Zayat and his team basically transformed our drab unfinished basement into a luxury living area. We can’t believe how amazing the final result is. He and his team are fantastic to work with. Zayat’s design and layout for our basement reflect his architectural skill. No space was wasted. He built everything we asked for, and more. We added several features during the process, such as building accent walls. He built them, no hesitation. He is a person of integrity and we trusted him during the entire process. He was always transparent with us. The timeline of the project was reasonable considering all we asked for. Zayat found ways to save us money, and treated us like family. ZAYAT DOES NOT CUT CORNERS. "I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Hassan and his entire team. I started off with a master bathroom/ bedroom remodel and it basically turned into a whole house remodel because I loved their work so much. They are punctual, meticulous and reliable. Never once in my entire time working with them was I ever worried. They treat your home as their own. They are always available for advice through the entire process regarding materials, design choices, etc. Home remodels and renovations can be so stressful but Hassan and his team make things as smooth as it can be. I waited for his team (they are so good they have a waitlist) and it was honestly hands down the best decision I made. I’m obsessed with how everything turned out!"

"I have to meet a contractor that does such clean work even while construction is happening… I had a really tight deadline and the stars (our schedules) lined up that he would be able to do his flawless work… another thing I love about Hass and his crew; I never had to go to the job site to check if things are moving along because I was constantly being reminded of the project progress… Pay more for clean and honest work… I would recommend Hass and his team to every future project… his attention to details is why I have been so happy through this process
On a side note…. Please know that any other contractor would be a waste of time and money!!! Trust me I read this on the internet!"

"If you are looking for a team to remodeled your home, look no further. ZAYAT’s team is worth the wait, yes he has a wait list, usually booked out for a year. You are hiring him for his experience, knowledge, expertise, and skill. This process is usually very stressful, however he has a way of helping you navigate through the whole process step by step. Professional, always showed up everyday, and attention to detail was always a priority. Once he does something you won’t need anyone to come back to to fix it.
